The Pennzoil, Quaker State, and Shell mergers allowed Townsend Gas & Oil, Inc to expand its product range significantly. Today, we offer diverse petroleum products, including DA Lube, Penn Grade, American Refining Group lubricants, VP Racing fuels, Gumout, Rain-X Wiper Blades, and Baldwin filters. We also provide high-quality regular, unleaded, and non-ethanol premium gasoline, ultra-low k-1 dyed kerosene, on-road and off-road diesel fuels, and home heating oil, ensuring a solution for every customer.

After acquiring the business, Jim rebranded it as Townsend Gas & Oil. maintaining its role as a Pennzoil distributor. We took a major step forward in 1991 by incorporating. As Wayne Avenue underwent significant expansion in 1999-2000, the original location could no longer accommodate the business’s needs. In response, a new site was carefully planned, and by spring 2000, we relocated to a modern facility with an office, warehouse, garage complex, and a “24-hour card lock” fueling island.
